Dawn Hawk

Director of Member Services

Dawn ed the Development Department of NEPM in November 2012 as a Development Associate with WGBY. Working her way to the position of Director of Member Services in 2019, she manages NEPM’s customer service and maintains the donor database. Dawn holds a BA in English with a concentration in writing from Salem State College (now University) and a MA in English Literature from Westfield State College (now University). In her free time, Dawn enjoys driving while listening to podcasts, thrifting, spooky things, and belongs to a craft group that upcycles thrift finds into spooky things.
