There's no word yet from the Massachusetts Democratic Party on what it plans to do with money it received years ago from Congressman John Conyers.
The Michigan Democrat announced his retirement Tuesday following allegations of sexual harassment, which he denies.
Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter of New Hampshire received $2,000 from Conyers's PAC in 2010.
In an email, Shea-Porter spokeswoman Marjorie Connolly said the congresswoman is "pleased" Conyers has resigned, but said "there is no money left in the from the 2010 cycle."
Connolly said Shea-Porter, who is not running for re-election, does not plan to make a symbolic donation using other money in her campaign .
